0915 - Registration – You will be given your Maximising Leadership Potential pack which will include a personalised workbook to follow and support the programme.

Welcome, introduction, aims and objectives.

To add insight, throughout the day, you will also hear from industry experts who will share their leadership experiences with you.

At the end of each session participants will be challenged to capture their key action points in their personalised work book so that they can turn good intentions into actions back in the business.

Following the introduction we will focus on the four P's of the 'Dynamic of Potential'

Session 1 - Perspective

In this session David asks some searching questions to help participants gain insight:

  • How well do you know yourself?
  • How well do you utilise your strengths to maximise your own and your team’s performance?
  • Are you allowing self-limiting beliefs to restrict opportunities and the potential that lies within you and your team?

There will be case studies to illustrate the points and an introduction to tools you can utilise to help you identify strengths and weaknesses in you and your team.

Session 2 - Purpose

In this session David moves on to talk about how essential a clear sense of purpose is in achieving what you want and what you want from your team

  • Have you defined personal values that can shape and influence your decisions?
  • Have you visualised your future?
  • Have you a plan to reach your vision?
  • Do you know how to implement your plan and to gain commitment from your team?
  • How will you keep yourself and your team motivated?

Having a sense of purpose is fundamental to achieving your potential and getting what you want out of life, both personally and professionally. want from your team.

Session 3 - Performance

To achieve your potential you have to improve your performance and your team’s performance.

  • Are you getting the best out of yourself?
  • Are you getting the best out of your team?
  • What areas of your performance require support and increased focus?
  • How can you continually improve your performance to create further opportunities?

Enhancing your performance and that of your team will lead to the business becoming stronger and create new opportunities for you and those associated with its success.

Session 4 - Progress

In our final session we look at continuing to progress.

  • Are you clear on your next steps?
  • Are you in a position of influence and strength to take control of your development and future?
  • How do you create a learning culture to support others towards their personal goals and that of your business?

Progress is essential to the success of you, your team and the business. Embrace change and continually strive to grow and develop to maximise your potential and be ready for the next challenge.
